Time to get your heart pumping while watching multiple hours of Shark Week and donating blood! LifeServe has created 3 different shark themed blood donor shirts and we want to give them away to you!
Increase your chances by completing multiple tasks.
Each task completion earns 1 entry. Some tasks can be completed more than once. Example: Refer two friends, earn 2 entries. Form must be filled out for each entry. All tasks must be completed during the week of July 25th to July 30th. *See full details below.
There are multiple ways to enter.
- Donate blood or a blood product
- Recruit a friend to donate blood or a blood product
- Share a donation selfie on Face Book with the hashtag #lsshark
- Share a donation selfie on Instagram with the hashtag #lsshark
*Donations must be made on or between July 25th and July 30th. Friend referral donations must be made during the timeframe also. Selfies can be from any previous donation but must be posted during the timeframe listed and with the correct hashtag. Fifty (50) donors will be chosen at random during the first week of August 2022, after all submissions have been verified. Winners do not have to donate to be entered but must fully complete a task. Multiple entries may be submitted, form must be completed separately for each submission.
