New Donor Portal Live!

See how it affects your LifeServe account...

Software changes have affected your LifeServe account, including donor points, online profiles, and more.

Our old donor portal closed Friday night, December 5. LifeServe's New Donor Portal is now live!

Beginning Monday, 12/8/2025

ALL donors will need to create a new donor portal account. All of your current information, including medical history and past donations, will transfer over, but your username/password will not.

You will temporarily be unable to see your current donor points. Fear not! Your points are still available to use, and new points will still accumulate with your donations, but that number will be unavailable to see in your donor account. We anticipate that being a short-term issue that will be corrected shortly after. 

You will receive LifeServe texts (reminders, updates, etc) from a new phone number: 515-815-7242. Save this new number!
