Action Needed: Update your donor portal information now

Thank you for your dedication and support of LifeServe Blood Center.

Early in December, LifeServe will be upgrading software that will affect things like our donor portal, online donor store, the phone number you will receive our text messages, and more.

One item we need you to take action on now is the current online donor portal.

Our current online donor portal will close down on Friday, December 5, and LifeServe will launch its new online portal on Monday, December 8.

In order for that to be a seamless transition, we wanted to share a few important details and things you will need to do before then:

  • ALL donors, past, present, and new, will need to create a new donor portal account beginning December 8. All of your current information will transfer over, but your username/password will not.
  • In anticipation of this change, please log in to the current online donor portal before Friday, December 5 and ensure that all of your profile information is current and updated, and that you have both a working phone number and email address on file. This will allow us to move your information over to the new system and ensure you receive future updates and information from us.    

In the coming days, we will share additional details about any changes you might experience when we make these upgrades.
