DES MOINES, IOWA (October 26, 2023) – LifeServe Blood Center shipped close to 50 blood products to hospitals in and around Lewiston, ME following the horrific mass shooting that occurred last night taking the lives of 18 people and injuring 13 more.
“Our thoughts are with the people of Maine who are dealing with this horrific situation,” shared Stacy Sime, LifeServe Blood Center CEO/President. “LifeServe Blood Center has shipped close to 50 blood products to hospitals in and around Lewiston, ME and continues to receive requests to help patients in need.
