On May 2nd, LifeServe Blood Center is excited to host our very first Pups ‘n Pints event at the Johnston Donor Center. This special event brings together two incredible causes: donating blood and supporting rescue animals. It’s a simple, meaningful way to give back to your community while enjoying something that never fails to make people smile...puppies!
As a bonus sweet treat, all donors will receive a coupon from VanDee’s Ice Cream Shoppe for a FREE cone!
Why Blood Donation Matters
Every day, hospital patients rely on generous blood donors. From trauma victims to cancer patients, blood transfusions are often critical to survival. Just one donation can help save multiple lives, and the need is constant.

Meet Your New Best Friend (or Just Get Some Cuddles!)
From 10am - 12pm, you’ll have the chance to unwind in the best way possible: spending time with adorable, adoptable puppies.
Volunteers from AHeinz57 Pet Rescue & Transport will be on site, bringing along some of their lovable dogs who are currently looking for forever homes. Whether you’re ready to adopt, interested in fostering, or simply want to learn more about how to get involved, the team will be there to answer your questions.

Pups ‘n Pints is more than just an event. It’s a celebration of compassion. By connecting blood donation with animal rescue, we’re creating an opportunity for people to support two life-saving missions at once.
