The southbound on-ramp at Hickman Avenue and southbound off-ramp at University Avenue will be closed beginning May 5, 2025. The closures are expected to last 120 days. Afterwards, the northbound ramps and the northbound Douglas off ramp will be closed. Construction is estimated for completion in 2028.
