Per CDC guidelines, LifeServe is requiring blood donors to wear masks to their appointments beginning May 11. Donors who do not have masks will be provided one at registration. Donors should also take their temperature before reporting to their appointment. A donor with a temperature of 99.5 or higher should reschedule. See a full list of our COVID-19 precautions here.

Blood Donors Required to Mask Up

We’re listening to your concerns now more than ever.

Beginning May 11, all blood donors will be required to wear a mask during their appointment. Blood donors who do not have masks will be provided one at registration.

Our extensive precautions are in place to protect what’s important to us: our LifeServers. The health of our blood donors and team members is critical to maintaining a stable blood supply.

Thank you for your flexibility and for continuing to donate! With the summer months upon us, we’re gearing up for an increased need for blood due to accidents, falls, and other traumas.
