Per CDC guidelines, LifeServe is requiring blood donors to wear masks to their appointments beginning May 11. Donors who do not have masks will be provided one at registration. Donors should also take their temperature before reporting to their appointment. A donor with a temperature of 99.5 or higher should reschedule. See a full list of our COVID-19 precautions here.

Bye for Now, Bloodmobiles!

Our bloodmobile buses are taking a brief hiatus. It’s hard to ensure adequate social distancing on a bus, and we’re working hard to do the right thing during this pandemic. That’s why we’ve cancelled our bloodmobile blood drives through at least the end of May. Our awesome blood drive chair people have been working hard to find venues where we can assure adequate social distancing, or rescheduling for later this summer if moving to an inside set-up isn’t possible.

Have no fear, we’re still coming to you where we’re able! Our indoor set-up blood drives are still taking place in many communities. Check our website for the most up-to-date schedule!

If you know a blood drive chair person, give them a virtual high five! These generous dedicated folks have been flexing their adaptability and patience as our guidelines have changed drastically and rapidly.
