Per CDC guidelines, LifeServe is requiring blood donors to wear masks to their appointments beginning May 11. Donors who do not have masks will be provided one at registration. Donors should also take their temperature before reporting to their appointment. A donor with a temperature of 99.5 or higher should reschedule. See a full list of our COVID-19 precautions here.

Appointments Critical – Walk-ins Discouraged to Maintain Adequate Social Distancing

LifeServe Blood Center is following the CDC’s social distancing recommendations. In order to keep people six feet apart, we are asking that blood donors take a few steps to refrain from congregating at donor center or blood drives unnecessarily. We’re working hard to keep our locations clean and to maintain proper social distancing.

  1. If you are healthy and eligible, please schedule an appointment to donate blood.
We are strongly discouraging walk ins. If you’d like to donate, we’d be happy to help book a time that works for you. Please call 800-287-4903 or click here to schedule your lifesaving appointment. Please do not stop by a blood drive or donor center to book an appointment.
  2. Please complete your screening questionnaire via QuickPass on the day of your donation.
Click here to complete your QuickPass questionnaire. Please note that this needs to be done on the date of your appointment, no earlier. By completing your screening questionnaire ahead of time, you are skipping a step that would otherwise need to be completed in the donor center or blood drive location.

You can find QuickPass on our website or by clicking here.

Thank you so much for helping us keep blood drives and donor centers safe places to visit!
