Per CDC guidelines, LifeServe is requiring blood donors to wear masks to their appointments beginning May 11. Donors who do not have masks will be provided one at registration. Donors should also take their temperature before reporting to their appointment. A donor with a temperature of 99.5 or higher should reschedule. See a full list of our COVID-19 precautions here.

Fort Dodge Giving Tree Opportunity

Fort Dodge LifeServers can give back twice in one donation appointment this holiday season!

The Fort Dodge Donor Center team is participating in a Giving Tree project for the Butler school district. We received a list of local students in need and will be accepting donations to help make their families’ winter merry and bright.

We’re collecting: gift items such as puzzles, coloring books, crayons, and small toys; personal hygiene items such as tooth brushes; and non-perishable food items such as canned goods, rice, pasta, stuffing mix, and peanut butter.

To participate, visit the Fort Dodge Donor Center. We will be accepting donations through December 19.
