New Hiring Incentive!

Do you know people who would be good LifeServe team members? In an effort to increase our number of team members, LifeServe is implementing a temporary hiring incentive.  Starting Oct. 1st, 2017, new hire hiring incentives will  be applied only when an external candidate is hired into one of the following positions: 

Donor Services:
                Donor Specialist 1, 2 or 3
                Donor Services Representative

Hospital Services:
                Product Management Tech 1 or 2
                Product Management Tech 2
                Component Tech 1 or 2
               Product Management / Component Tech Combo 1 or 2
                Product Management Driver

Call Center:
               Donor Recruitment Specialist

These programs will begin October 1, 2017 and run through Dec. 31, 2017.  

Sign-on Payments for New Hires
New hires will earn a $1,000.00 (full time) and $500 (part time) sign-on payment for joining the LifeServe team!

  • Full Time
    • A total of $1,000.00.
    • The new hire must have a start date on or after July 1st.
    • $500 after 15 shifts with no attendance incidents or reliability issues. This includes tardiness or call-ins.  
    • Rehires must have left LifeServe prior to the beginning of this incentive (07-01-2017) or not in our employment for the last 3 months.
    • Additional $500 if still employed after 180 days after the start date and in good standing (must not have a critical written warning).
    • Payments will be included on paychecks and normal withholdings will apply.
  • Part Time
    • A total of $500.00
    • The new hire must have a start date on or after July 1st.
    • $250.00 after 15 shifts with no attendance incidents or reliability issues. This includes tardiness or call-ins.  
    • Rehires must have left LifeServe prior to the beginning of this incentive (07-01-2017) or not in our employment for the last 3 months.
    • Additional $250 if still employed after 180 days after the start date and in good standing (must not have a critical written warning).
    • Payments will be included on paychecks and normal withholdings will apply.
